Returns & Exchange

You may return your new and unused product(s) purchased from Button Gear Workwear, within (30) days of the purchase date.

All returns must be in its original condition and with the tags still attached.
Items found to have a manufacturing defect will qualify for an exchange or refund within (30) days of purchase.
Return/Exchange of special order items are not allowed unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original dated receipt.
Customers will receive a refund in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards/Receipts

Gift Cards are not returnable nor refundable for cash.

Customers making a return with a gift receipt can receive an exchange for store credit only. 

Boot/Shoe Return & Exchange

Feel free to try on your footwear at home indoors only.

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns of footwear with obvious signs of wear.

Returned footwear must be in the original box with all manufacturing tags.

Do not condition boots/shoes until you are sure that you are happy with your purchase.

Footwear assumed to have a manufacturing defect may be subject to verification by the manufacturer.

All footwear must be accompanied with the original, dated store receipt within (30) days of purchase.

Red Wing Products Policy/Warranty

Red Wing shoes/boots not accompanied by the original receipt are not eligible for warranty.

Returns are limited to one per customer.

These are Red Wing’s policies, no exceptions will be made.

Depending on the style purchased, warranty may vary, please contact the store for warranty information on the style that you purchased.
